2011 DSLDP Registration

Registration Fee:
District Superintendent $350
Spouse $125
(Spouse has the option of attending the DS Sessions or Alternate Spouse Sessions)

Registration can be made online Register Now.

If you prefer to pay by check, make a check payable to "General Treasurer" and send along with your printed registration confirmation to: P.O. Box 843116, Kansas City, MO 64184-3116.

Should you need to cancel or modify your registration simply return to the event registration page and click the link that says "already registered?" Enter your name and confirmation number. From there you may choose to cancel or modify your registration. Cancellations received before August 23 are fully refundable minus a $5 processing fee per person. Registration deadline is Friday, August 26, 2011.
